Jan Soede
Nutritionist
After obtaining a degree in animal science specialising in animal nutrition at Wageningen Agricultural University in The Netherlands, Jan worked in the Netherlands as a Research Nutritionist and Export Manager for Provimi bv. After 4 years he moved to Europe's biggest dairy cooperative Campina, to work as a senior nutritionist (calf and piglets) for their young animal feed division Nutrifeed for a period of 4 years. This is where he gained significant expertise in the field of calf nutrition for both the milk and meal side of caIf rearing. In 2006 he moved to Australia to work for Viterra, formerly ABB Grain, as their in-house animal nutritionist with specific focus on the New Zealand market.
